SUMMER SCHOOL 2018
Participating teachers will
(i) gain transferable skills that can be adapted across the educational spectrum.
(ii) enhance their abilities to facilitate and support enquiry. and
(iii) experiment with model strategies for student engagement, discussion and analysis of complex issues, concepts, beliefs and values underlying inclusion.
Following on from the success of the 2017 Summer School, The Enquiring Classroom (TEC) is delighted to announce that we will return to Greece in the Summer of 2018.
This summer school will be of great interest and benefit to any teacher who would like to learn and develop skills and practices that support the facilitation of meaningful, open, responsible and respectful discussion and debate about complex ethical, social and religious issues in the classroom.

The Summer School will support a community of practice, providing a forum for teachers to exchange ideas and practice within a structured framework. Its primary purpose is capacity building in a supportive, reflective environment. It builds on participants’ existent strengths and knowledge and provides meaningful opportunities for skills sharing and knowledge sharing.
